Co-Curator of the Lest We Forget Slavery Museum, Gwen Ragsdale, will explore connections between her museum’s collections and the greater Chew properties in the Mid-Atlantic and graduate student, Arlisha Norwood, will discuss recently unearthed findings about the extended Chew family and their properties in Maryland, specifically Anne Arundel County.

Examining the Chew Landscape & Cliveden Food Chain will be held in our Carriage House. Space is limited and reservations are required.
