Join us for a Black History Month Open House at Historic Germantown!

Join Lest We Forget Museum of Slavery and Historic Germantown site collaborators, Cliveden, Concord School House and Upper Burying Ground, and Germantown Historical Society, with special participation from the African American Genealogy Group for an Open House featuring talks, tours, information on Black History resources, special research opportunities and current special exhibitions, Inspiring Bright April and Documenting the Philadelphia Juneteenth Festival in Germantown.

At the open house, explore the lives of free and enslaved African Americans in the mid-Atlantic through exhibits and recently digitized records from the Chew Family Papers at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania with Cliveden staff.
