Chef Angela Johnson has curated a program for Black History Month: Memory, Hope and Resistance celebrating the voices of the formerly enslaved with readings from "To Address you as my Friend." There will be a ceremony honoring the ancestors conducted by Desi Brittingham, Yoruba Priest of Yemoja and readings by Elijah Pringle, Lisa Amos and Phillip Brown followed by a discussion and a lunch provided by Chef Tanesha Trippett and Chef Mona Wilson.

The program will be held in Cliveden's Carriage House, located at 98 E. Cliveden Street, 19119. Tickets are $30 and on sale now.
